Registration/Password
1) How do I register on the TML Frozen Seafood website?
- Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” on the top right menu button of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form. Fill in accordingly and accurately in order for us to serve you better.
2) Forgot my password?
- Click on the “Lost your password?” link in the Sign In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and reset your password accordingly.
3) How do I change my contact or address details?
- You can go to My Account and manage your details there.
4) If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder as it may have made its way there. If you find it please be sure to identify the email as ‘not junk’ or ‘non-spam’ email.
Shipping and Delivery
1) How long does product delivery take?
- For orders placed before 10AM (Mon – Sat, excl. public holidays), products will be delivered within 5-7 business day.
- For orders placed on Saturday after 10AM or over the weekend, products will be delivered out on the following Tuesday.
3) Can I schedule the delivery of my order?
- Our courier service providers are unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.
